This is happend after spaying pesticides. Is this because of overdose.

Hi, can anyone tell me why the edges of my green bean leaves are drying out and shrivelling?
All of my leaves are affected, the new ones don't last long either. I can't find any visible bugs. The camera makes it look quite green but it's more on the yellow side in real life
