I've applied neem oil and soap solution at 5ml/litre dilution for aphids and ants infestation 3days ago. Since the very next day my bean plants started to show some yellowish discoloration on the bottom leaves and it's spreading day by day.

Hi Raj surya , Welcome to Plantix Community. Your plant leaves are affecting with chewing pests. For control to spray on neemoil 5ml per liter of water. Thanks for your posts.
