Banana
In the secondary hardening banana plants, these spots are visible. Please identify the cause snd suggest the remedy.

Yellowish brown and turning to burning leaf
Bananas turn brown from bottom.
The New Leaf is struck with some disease and is not growing inturn affecting the whole plant. It has black marks and have withered down. We tried using the following way to treat it couple of times but haven't seen successful results yet: 1) Neem oil solution diluted with water. 2) Cow urine diluted with water. 3) Turmeric mixed in water. We are let to identify exact cause and the solution to cure or avoid this disease or infection.
