Hi Sangavi . As per your sent image, your Banana crop is severely effected by Potassium Deficiency. Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Its need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months along with recommended dosage of fertilizers. You can also use fertilizer calculater available here on home page of Plantix to get good growth of your plant. Try well and take care of your Banana crop.
