Black dots coming on the fruites... What is the reason for this causation... And give me the solution

Leafs are good, fruits exposed to sun race faceing this problem.
White fly on coconut plants.. It's spreading very fast and leaves are turning to dark. It's absorbing green colour on the leaves. Please suggest to remove this.
Lower leaves are drying up, though enough macro nutrients given.
