I could able to see some white colour insects in a ring form as seen on the photos on all the bananas. Kindly help to get rid of it

The leaves start to dry from the leaf margin and dry inwards with a yellow margin..
Some leaves are getting teared and some are having some bulging effect as seen in third picture. I suspects Some nutrition deficiency!

Mohan it is white fly.... It is seen in leaves also.... It will not cause any damages to bananas.... It will affect only leaves by sucking
