After 24hrs of the COC 3gm with Bactericide 0.4gm spraying the Leaves started turning black the chlorophyll is dying.. Please help with the best and fast recovery method

Leaves are small in size and turn brown in color . Wilting is also observed.
The plantix app is saying it as sigatoka when I uploaded this photo but I don't think it to be sigatoka. I doubt it as cordana leaf spot . But not sure. Please help me to find out a solution for this.
