Lighter shade on the margins.

Question

Plant can only maintain 2 leaves max. (I used cowdunk manure 2 weeks back, 1 inch layer). When one leaf is fully developed the previous one is almost half deteriorated already (A good friend adviced me to add pesticides and tobacco with cowdunk to kill live pests. I actually leave the cement bag in rooftop for 2 days before using, is that enough to kill any live pests? I only use rock solid dried cowdunk manure)
