It could be also associated with transplantation stress. Need to trim the older leaves as soon as possible. However, Suresh Gollar could be right for Moko Disease.

Please cut the pseudo stem and u can see whether it seemed vascular discolouration or any oozes out.. If vascular discolouration seemed it could be affected by Panama wilt and leaves get wilted from leaf tip to petiole.. Any oozes can be seen it could be affected by moko wilt of banana and leaves get wilted from petiole to leaf tip ..

Drenching coc 0.25 %.. It can be cured both bacterial and fungal disease.. In case of Panama wilt we can apply Ridomil gold (metalaxyil + mancozeb)
