There's a split in Banana, what's the issue?

This seems to be fungus disease, use any of fungicide like contof plus, Bengard or roko. Even I am facing this issue, There is no guarantee that fungicides will stop disease but at least you can avoid spreading. If there are only few plants affected then just remove and burn those plants and pour limestone solution on affected plants area.
