Can someone tell me what disease has infected this banana tree? Is it bacterial disease or fungal disease? Please help me

Banana New Leaf is affected by disease
The New Leaf is struck with some disease and is not growing inturn affecting the whole plant. It has black marks and have withered down. We tried using the following way to treat it couple of times but haven't seen successful results yet: 1) Neem oil solution diluted with water. 2) Cow urine diluted with water. 3) Turmeric mixed in water. We are let to identify exact cause and the solution to cure or avoid this disease or infection.

Hi Bhawna Sharma . It's suffering from Potassium Deficiency . Click on green link for control measures. If possible shift plant to sunlight and provide sufficient quantity of well decomposed FYM or Vermicompost and mix well with soil. Give regular watering. Thanks for visiting.
