Hi Mohammad Badri Prashanth Raj ! Nothing visible in pic uploaded by you. Please upload more pics and try to focus on affected plant parts. Try to split the stem from middle and upload pic of that also. I believe this might be Banana Xanthomonas Wilt or root rot or may be root nematode also But need confirmation of symptoms first. Thanks for visiting plantix community.

treat banana weavils and root damage with urine first kept for 3 weeks. mix urine with ash and chili.
