Banana New Leaf is affected by disease
The New Leaf is struck with some disease and is not growing inturn affecting the whole plant. It has black marks and have withered down. We tried using the following way to treat it couple of times but haven't seen successful results yet: 1) Neem oil solution diluted with water. 2) Cow urine diluted with water. 3) Turmeric mixed in water. We are let to identify exact cause and the solution to cure or avoid this disease or infection.

Leishangthem Arjun Singh , your plant has two problem perhaps. First is mineral deficiency and second is fungal infection. Kindly add NPK rich fertilizer in soil and spray neem oil 3%. Don't overwater it.
