Bananas seems to be eaten by ants

Question

I guessed its pollination, But look at these pics i don't understand why this ants bite that flower even before those bananas come out, Is it necessary to pollinate like this and even half of the branch of bananas are not growing since these ants came This is my first time growing a banana tree, i don't have much knowledge on this so please help me
