Will u help me to get over this problem

All the plants in banana crops become ripen as shown in picture can u tell me what is the reason for that and what are the remedies we can take to control that

It's look like banana weevil damage.

If u cut the main stem 2 inch above ground level. U will see tunnels in main stem done by black coloured weevil (insect).
