After spraying fungicide this problem is created

Hi!! it looks like Anthracnose on banana. Anthracnose is caused by the fungus Colletotrichum musae, that survives in dead or decaying leaves and also on fruits. What is the fungicide you used for remedy?

I used tebuconazole and mancozab for fungus and propargite and profenofos 40% +cypermethrine for insecticides

All these 5 formulations, did you mix together? or used separately?

I used trebuconazole with mancozab first day and next day I used propargite with profenofos+cypermethrine
