Hi!! it looks like Anthracnose on banana. Anthracnose is caused by the fungus Colletotrichum musae, that survives in dead or decaying leaves and also on fruits. I used tebuconazole and mancozab for fungus and propargite and profenofos 40% +cypermethrine for insecticides

All these 5 formulations, did you mix together? or used separately?
