How can I treat my apple plant?

Hello Pari, Pls trim the lower older leaves and ck if the exit hole is functioning as well. Use a stick to loose the brick chip on the exit hole, then pour down water to ck if the water passes as well. Maintain optimum water level and keep the plant to sun for few hrs. If you have not used any fertilizer rich in iron pls spray chelated iron to recover Iron Deficiency if any.
