See above pic. The brown spots and yellowing is mostly on new leafs but most leafs are affected. Please help.

There is problem in Apple leaves and what's the solution
+ 1I have black dark spots on apple fruit...when the apple starts getting red...these black dark spots come to appear and after some days these dark spots becomes growing in size and the apple fruit gets rotten
