Apple
these are small holes in my Apple trees? and also in those holes small insects are crawling.... and are making holes and excretion of health plant wood... looks like flour.... so please suggest me? Treatment

Before 20 days at Green tip stage we spray tata Captan in our apple trees now i think the leaves are not developed fully they are little in size and curly what may be the problem
