I have seen leaves like these on almost entire block of orchards (other than mine). Half of the leaves have fallen. Remaining are in various stages as seen in pictures.i have sprayed for woolly aphid (acetaprimid 20%). I couldn't find any remaining colonies of aphids. I think it's alternaria leaf spot (not sure though). Kindly help.
Brown spots in leaves,yellowing,seems burnt on edges.

Is this Stem rotting fungi infection? This is apple stem, this fungi is most prevalent in underside area on stems and branches which is not exposed to sun.
Is it possible to spray systemic + contact fungicide. Suggests some other remedies.
