Hi Vikas Chamoli . As per your sent image, 1st image - plant almost looks like dead. Go for new planting again. 2nd image - it seems to be Potassium Deficiency . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures.

Vikas Chamoli This is root rot. Uproot this plant, you will see white mycelium growth on roots. If this is problem in other plants also, drench carbendazim
