What kind of disease it is, how it is treated?

Leaf is getting yellow, I sprayed contact fungicide before 4 days, after 14 hours of spray rain continued for 2 days, not it is sunny since 2 days.

Physiological stress due to harsh weather. Foliar micronutrient spray is advised. Soil test also important to take further corrective measures.
