Found this in my apple orchard.. any clues?

Holes in the leaves from the sides and in between. Kindly suggest biological or chemical control for this

R S Green Aphid attack. Go for spray of Metasystox in young plants. In second case plants are being affected by catterpillar. Spray quinalphos.

Hi R S . I suspect - as per 1st pictures images, it might be due to Boron Deficiency and 2nd picture might be due to Thrips . Let's click on both green links for knowing symptoms and taking control measures.
