Mudasir Ul Haq these are apple aphids. Though the skuast does not recommend the insecticide at this stage of growth but the weather conditions from past 2 weeks have been favourable for these kind of pests. I suggest you to go for an insecticide spray or consult an entomologist before going for spray. The stage at which you are spraying is very important.
