This is a newley planted apple tree. Iam in zone 8. I think this is a fungus. So i treated it with neem oil. It didnt help.any suggestions?

Hi Hammid Vanie . I suspect it might be due to Spider Mites and leaves also showing initial stage of Iron Deficiency . Let's click on green link for knowing symptoms and taking control measures.
