This is rusting there are many causes mainly due to storage of water on the fruit .can be cured by purining make your buds short and close to the main branch . chemicals can also ruduce this disease use sulphur spray when the fruit size is more than wallnut size

Keep the speed of future 2 sprays slow when the apple is as pea size stage..
